From Victim to Victor |
November 15, 2012 |
|
Michael Lapsley was sent to South Africa in 1973 at the height of apartheid. He spoke out against racial segregation for decades, even after being exiled. As a result of his activism, he was sent a letter bomb which destroyed his hands and one eye. Then he began a new journey - from the edge of death to renewed life, from victim to victor. From June 2012.
