Dear Friends,

The Lenten season has always given me the opportunity to reflect and anticipate the rebirth of my faith life. So it seems appropriate that during this season, I make an important announcement about Interfaith Voices ...
After 16 years on the air, I am excited to pass the microphone to our new host, Amber Khan. Though I will stay involved with the program, I am delighted that Amber will be using her talents to forge a new path – one that will continue to bridge the gap of ignorance that fuels fear and divides our world.
As I reflect on my years as host, I have never felt a greater need for our thoughtful analysis of how faith and beliefs are influencing our world. The importance of Interfaith Voices was reinforced when I heard the president’s remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast.  His message was one of exclusion – narrowly highlighting the importance of only Christianity and Judaism, he alienated every other faith tradition.
It must remain our mission: Interfaith Voices will provide a platform for voices of all faiths and goodwill!
Our team is committed to producing award-winning weekly broadcasts and creating in-depth special programs, such as The Chaplain and God and Government series. Every week we offer these insightful shows at no charge to public radio stations for broadcast all over the country.  We are able to offer free access to programing that answer the questions that need to be asked because we have the support of our donors.
Renew your support now!

We have issued a challenge to find 1000 Friends of Interfaith Voices who will support 52 weeks of programing for $10 a week!  Can we count on you?
I know that Amber will continue to spread a message of inclusiveness and I know she is eager to hear your insights and feedback about the show. Feel free to contact her at
In parting, I want to express my gratitude to all our listeners for your loyal generosity over many years. Though you may not often hear my voice on the airwaves, I will be with you in spirit as we carry the message of interfaith understanding into the present and future!
